Village at Harmony Park Amenities Overview

General Overview

Village at Harmony Park Association is located in Westminster, Colorado at 128th Ave & Zuni St. The Association consists of 162 single family homes and 151 cottage homes and was established in 2003. The Association maintains the common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.

Pool

What better way to enjoy summer than at the Association’s pool? Open during the summer season, the pool is a wonderful place for water aerobics, swimming or enjoying a book by the water.

Hours: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Access: Access is permitted to all owners. A key can be acquired by contacting our community manager.

***Note – Access may be prevented or rescinded if homeowner accounts become delinquent or non-complaint.

Clubhouse

Within the community is a clubhouse available for homeowner use. This amenity is a great place to host your next birthday party, family reunion or workout class.

Hours: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM (By reservation only)
